Our team has over 30+ years in education. Our background covers a vast spectrum of professional roles including: Special education teaching, school psychologists, early childhood intervention specialist, and public school licensed administrators in Oregon and Washington State.
We have deep experience in cultivating inclusive learning environments and overseeing individualized education plans (IEP's) for neurodiverse students. Our experience also transcends to the higher education level in multiple pre-service teacher preparatory programs where our team prepared aspiring educators through courses on instructional strategies, classroom management, and diversity.
